Quality Manager

We are currently looking for a Quality Manager for a leading player in the Industrial Components Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 90 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Develop and enforce quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Design and maintain quality management systems that meet industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, IATF).
• Oversee QA activities to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor quality costs and implement improvement actions and control plans.
• Reduce company-wide quality costs while maintaining high standards.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead quality audits, inspections, and product testing.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process improvements.
• Provide training for team members to enhance quality control skills.
• Manage customer complaints and product recalls.
• Address customer feedback to improve satisfaction and minimize quality issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing engineering or any relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory and fluency in Japanese is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
